Our next and last event is our first annual Dirty Laundry reading, Friday, April 25. This reading will also double as a press release celbration for the inaugural issue of the Writers Collective's publication, the MFA Anthology of Creative Writing. All are welcome to attend. The event will begin at 7 and probably go until 9.

If you're looking for an excellent, local non-profit event that involves writing, check out the Blazing Laptops, a 10-hour non-stop, write 'til you drop, benefit fundraiser for San Diego Writers, Ink. The way it works is you sign up, and you get sponsorship. Then you write till you drop.

We were going to do it on the 29th, but there were some conflicts so now we're set (tentatively) for the 7th. Hopefully we can meet up with some of the folks from the poetry and translation clubs and pools some of our resources. It the 7th does not work for anyone, please say so.
